About PALS

Patient Advice and Liaison Service is a free, accessible and confidential service for patients, relatives and carers. 

PALS aims to:

  • Advise and support patients, their families and carers
  • Provide information on NHS services
  • Listen to your concerns, suggestions or queries
  • Help sort out problems quickly on your behalf

We act impartially when handling patient and family concerns, liasing with staff, managers and where appropriate, relevant organisations.
